What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect watch, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
